K Rod Grizzly Screen
Designed and engineered for heavy-duty use on any material: dry, wet or sticky. From 1/2" to 2 1/2". Equipped with the powerful K Vibrator, the Rod Grizzly can handle the largest tonnages even under the most severe operating conditions. The screening surface is made up of rugged, easy to replace, low-cost rods, so that binding is impossible.

Effective vigorous vibration handles large tonnages under severe operating conditions. Vibration is easily changed to meet varying conditions.
Functions primarily as a single cut scalping unit, but a limited number of separations can be made. With a large feed intake opening and ample clearance between the power unit and the screen deck, a bed of material up to 12" size feed can flow unobstructed across the deck surface. For operations in which feed of larger than 12" is needed, the Symons Bar Grizzly is recommended.
Economy
Abrasion resistant screening surface is made up of long lasting, low cost easily replaced rods.
Capacity
This durable unit can scalp up to 550 tons per hour. With its large intake opening and tall clearance, a feed 12" in height can flow across the screening surface.
Long Life
The use of smooth, strong, parallel spring steel rods held in molded rubber spacers provides the ultimate in a long life, abrasion resistant screening surface.
Drive
Motor and drive are placed outside the housing, away from dust.
A 10 H.P. electric motor required is not included.
Housing
This unit can be furnished completely enclosed with removable end plates and top covers.
